Setting up thunderbird (15.01) on Linux with Exchange server 2010 emails, contacts and calendar

Now you could setup Thunderbird 15.01 with emails, contacts and calendar

Lets see what we need and from where to get them

  1. Thunderbird 15.01
  2. Lightning 1.7 from Thunderbird add-ons section
  3. Exchange 2007/2010 Calendar and Tasks Provider 3.0.0-rc3 from http://www.1st-setup.nl/wordpress/ (Direct link = http://www.1st-setup.nl/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=13)
  4. ExQuilla for Microsoft Exchange 16.0 from Thunderbird add-ons section
